This is self paced with access for 1 year. Content is divided into 2 categories - Intuitive Eating and Pregnancy Nutrition. Nutrition information is organized by trimesters to help you listen to the most relevant content for you. Content is podcast form so that you do not need to be tied to a computer. Average length of podcast is 20 minutes. This was designed for the busy mama allowing you to listen while you take a walk or drive in the car.

No. Meal plans take away the intuitive nature of eating based upon our own primal hunger and fullness cues. You will receive lots of ideas about different meal and snack ideas though.

If you are in stable recovery from an eating disorder this can be a good adjunct to ongoing personal therapy. You may benefit from 1:1 work with a Registered Dietitian if you find any disordered eating thoughts or actions popping up during your pregnancy.

As of now, there is not detailed information on navigating a vegan or vegetarian diet during pregnancy without personal help from a Registered Dietitian.
