Hi my name is Nicole. I’m a anti-diet dietitian nutritionist and certified diabetes care and education specialist.

My nutrition philosophy is rooted in the Intuitive Eating approach. Intuitive Eating teaches us to reconnect with our internal body cues, to build trust in understanding your own needs and find your own path to a more peaceful and restorative relationship with food and body.
