Pregnancy Smoothie Recipe

Why Smoothies?

Easy on the go option

Smoothies can be a great way to get a meal on the go. The ninja bullet (or something similar) is our favorite to make this easy - the blender serves as the drinking cup and then is able to go into the dishwasher for easy clean up.

Extra dose of nutrients

Sometimes you just need an extra dose of vitamin and minerals. Perhaps you are in the throes of morning sickness and struggling to get food? Getting a dose of B6 may help. Or are you later in the pregnancy and need an iron rich smoothie? Pregnancy smoothie recipes are versatile and can be tailored to meet your needs.

Our Favorite Pregnancy Smoothie Recipe
